Tik tok ban
To those of you who think substack is the replacement for all the Tik tok refugees…its not! How on earth could anyone compare substack and tik tok like they are even remotely similar. I enjoy substack far more than all other social media platforms and here are just a couple reasons why…..The unique variety of talented authors & content creators is tremendous to say the very least. Now that doesnt mean im bashing tik tok users or saying substack users are better than the growing Ashley Trevino & Santos fan base. Fortunately i have yet to come across anyone on this platform applauding or supporting such abhorrent behaviors like the ones of the tik tok stars widely publicized on there. I understand that businesses grew rapidly with tik tok and it allowed many others to find connection, support and more. Tik tok was gone for less than 48 hours and people were talking about suicide and how there lives were virtually gone and that itself is concerning and quite frankly points to a huge population of mentally immature people whom need to take this ban seriously and use the time to go outside and touch the grass, play in the snow ,climb a tree, walk outside for a lot longer than just bringing in the groceries! Substack isnt the place for drama, the new age cyberbullying population and damnit we love people with a high intellect and interesting points of view! Again im not dividing anyone or claiming substackers are elite in anyway im simply saying its insulting to say substack is only “good enough” to be the replacement here! #substacker4life
